The goal for this housing project was to provide an array of housing types that would serve a variety of homeowners. The lots and housing types have been organized in form of a gradient. This means the more dense housing is located on the southern two lots, as they are closer to a main road where users have direct access to public transportation and shops. The two northern lots are geared more towards users with families or couples, as they have more land and private outdoor spaces. There are four types of housing - Row Houses, Walk-Up Apartments, Single Family Homes, and Single Family Detached Homes with ADUs. In total there are 192 units on all four lots.
