The proposed space is at the Dexter Lake Rowing Center's club room (first iteration of the project) - the club room is a space that provides dining and lounging areas. The proposed electric lighting design is intended to separate the different spaces in the club room based on their intended activities. The lighting in the lounging area aims to create a more intimate space where the rowers are able to relax. Luminaries with a warmer light were included as a main light source for evenings, while during the day, natural daylight is sufficient. The kitchen area does not receive enough daylight, therefore a more effective light source was required - such as LED lights.
